Leading practice in modern early years comes with wide-ranging challenges. Adam Marycz (The Early Childhood Leader) will lead an interactive workshop aimed at supporting educators to navigate the everchanging expectations placed on themselves and the children. Taking into consideration the current focuses from policy makers and discourse amongst the wider stakeholders, Adam will provide a safe space for attendees to reflect on what leading practice means to them and engage in critical discussions to become more confident and impactful leaders of change in the future.
