Nursery World NORTH is moving to Manchester Central in 2019 to ensure it continues to appeal to as broad an audience as possible from across the North. At its new home in Manchester, the show will provide our audience with an educational, inspiring and informative event that harnesses the power and enthusiasm of the early years workforce.

Nursery World NORTH 2019 will provide the ideal environment for attendees to meet with companies and organisations keen to showcase the latest products and services designed for the early years sector. The exhibition will be packed with a wide range of companies, organisations and charities dedicated to supporting and enhancing early years provision.

The exhibition area will also contain some major feature areas including, for the third year in a row, the Early Years Resources & Learning Zone, sponsored by TTS, to provide visitors with professional advice on resources and even greater opportunity for hands-on participation during the show.

The editorial team at leading early years publication Nursery World have compiled a stimulating, thought-provoking and informative programme of seminars and masterclasses for Nursery World NORTH 2019. The brand new programme will help you get to grips with the latest sector developments, enhance your practice and enable you to return to your settings inspired by new ideas to roll out straight away. 

Highlights include: 

Masterclasses: A half-day masterclass will take place on each morning of the show to provide you with an in-depth view of issues at the heart of early years provision. Don't miss:

Saturday 11 May - SEND in the early years: a child’s route to support

Seminars: Enhance your CPD across two full days of inspirational, educational, one-hour seminars. Benefit from expert advice designed to inspire you with practical and valuable ideas to take back to your settings. Hear about Ofsted directly from a Senior HM Inspector; explore the world of small-play; discuss the role of the modern-day practitioner and more!

The free Live Theatre is situated at the heart of the show and is designed to provide all attendees with the opportunity to hear from an intriguing mix of speakers. The timetable will contain a great mix of presentations and case studies covering areas including best practice, policy implementation and product focuses.

The Live Theatre programme will be published in the spring.


Always hugely popular with visitors, the Nursery Nutrition Zone is based on the main show floor and is free to attend. Visitors have the opportunity to hear from nursery nutrition experts and to watch live cooking demonstrations. Past speakers at the Nursery World Show and Nursery World NORTH have included Annabel Karmel, Kate Percy, LEYF and broad selection of award-winning settings.
