This session is about sharing strategies, ideas & ways to support nursery staff teams happiness and wellbeing. Sharing thoughts & ideas of how to ensure that wellbeing is a core value in the workplace underpinned by strategies that are an everyday part of working in the nursery environment, proactive rather than reactive.  Case studies from both my nursery sites will be used to spark discussion, debate and inspire.  At Each Peach we give our teams tools to support mindfulness and wellbeing as an everyday part of life, both at work and home to enable them to take good care of their emotional & physical health.
