Who can attend the Nursery World Show?
The Nursery World Show is for everyone in the early years community and is relevant to all roles within and connected to this sector. Please note that children under 16 are allowed at the event under the supervision of an adult, but are strictly not permitted to access any of the seminars or masterclasses.
No children under 18 are allowed on site during the show’s set up or breakdown.
How much does it cost to attend the Nursery World Show?
The Nursery World Show is free to attend – all visitors have full access to the exhibition, the free live theatre and any themed zones. There are, however, a range of fees for attending CPD sessions. You can register your interest for next year now.
What subjects will be covered at the Nursery World Show?
The seminar and masterclass programme focuses on a rich mix of vitally important topics central to early years best practice and policy.
All the sessions are delivered by well-renowned early years experts and will be informative and educational with a view that all attendees can take away new ideas to put into practice straightaway. The full 2023 programme is available here.

How can I book a stand?
What are the opening times of the show?
The Nursery World Show 2024 takes place on Friday 2 February and Saturday 3 February. The show will be open from 9.30am until 4.30pm on Friday and 9.30am until 3.30pm on Saturday.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
The seminar programme at the Nursery World Show is CPD certified. All visitors who attend a seminar will be emailed their certificate after the show. It is vital that your badge is scanned as you enter the seminar room so that a record is kept of your attendance.
How do I pay for CPD sessions?
Seminar places should be booked online and paid for by debit or credit card. There are NO administration fees. If you are unable to pay by card and require an invoice to be supplied, please contact Daniel Cook.
For seminars booked onsite during the show, payment can be taken both by cash and card.
Are refreshments available at the Nursery World Show?
Yes. There will be a catering point on the main exhibition floor serving tea, coffee, cold drinks and sandwiches. On the Gallery Level, visitors can also eat at the Gallery Restaurant.
Is there disabled access at the Nursery World Show?
Yes. The Business Design Centre has disabled access throughout the venue. Find out more here.

We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them.
