Who can attend the Nursery World Show?

The Nursery World Show is for everyone in the early years community and is relevant to all roles within and connected to this sector. Please note that children under 16 are allowed at the event under the supervision of an adult, but are strictly not permitted to access any of the seminars or masterclasses.

No children under 18 are allowed on site during the show’s set up or breakdown.

How much does it cost to attend the Nursery World Show?

The Nursery World Show is free to attend – all visitors have full access to the exhibition, the free live theatre and any themed zones. There are, however, a range of fees for attending seminars and/or masterclasses:

Seminars have a reduced Early Bird fee of £16 +VAT each if booked by 7th December. From 8th December until 31st January the price is £19 +VAT each. For seminars booked onsite at the show, the price is £21 +VAT each.

Masterclasses have a reduced Early Bird fee of £125 +VAT each if booked by 7th December, thereafter the price is £150 +VAT each.

The seminar and masterclass programme, compiled by the editorial team at Nursery World, will focus on a rich mix of vitally important topics central to early years best practice and policy.

All the sessions will be delivered by well-renowned early years experts and will be informative and educational with a view that all attendees can take away new ideas to put into practice straightaway. The full programme is available here.

What are the opening times of the show?

The Nursery World Show 2019 takes place on Friday 1st February and Saturday 2nd February. The show is open from 9.00am until 4.30pm on both days.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

The seminar programme at the Nursery World Show is CPD certified. All visitors who attend a seminar will be emailed their certificate after the show. It is vital that your badge is scanned as you enter the seminar room so that a record is kept of your attendance.

How do I pay for seminars or masterclasses?

Seminar places should be booked online and paid for by debit or credit card. There are NO administration fees. If you are unable to pay by card and require an invoice to be supplied, please contact Sophie Kerr on 0207 501 6343.

For seminars booked onsite during the show, payment can be taken both by cash and card.

Are refreshments available at the Nursery World Show?

Yes. There will be a catering point on the main exhibition floor serving tea, coffee, cold drinks and sandwiches. On the Gallery Level, visitors can also eat at the Gallery Restaurant.

Is there disabled access at the Nursery World Show?

Yes. The Business Design Centre has disabled access throughout the venue.

I've been receiving emails from external marketing and data companies. Are they legitimate?

Here at MA Exhibitions (organisers of the Nursery World Show), we have recently become aware of a series of fraudulent emails to speakers and exhibitors from companies claiming to be officially partnered with the show, offering marketing services, access to the show's data and/or hotel reservation services. We are not in any way affiliated with these companies and advise you to ignore their emails and avoid clicking on any links contained within them. Your security is important to us, so if you're unsure whether or not an email you have received is fraudulent, please get in touch and we'd be happy to verify it for you. We would also like to reassure you that we do not release, sell or share any data related to the Nursery World Show with any outside parties.
