Wendy kettleborough has been an advocate for early childhood and its workforce for 40 years. Working with parents and professionals, she has undertaken a longitudinal study into the awareness and impact of schemas on parents, children and practitioners. She coined the phrase 'conceptual engineer 'and is a successful consultant, trainer and speaker. Her chapter in the recent publication 'Working with Parents in Early Childhood Today' focuses on the practical application of key concepts that professionals and parents have described as 'transformational' and 'life changing'.
