With more than three decades of involvement in education and early childhood development, Jude Brown brings a wealth of experience to her work. Having served as a Head Teacher, Children's Centre Lead, and Early Years Consultant, she has additionally dedicated six years to teaching at CU Coventry. Moreover, her commitment extends to supporting Early Years practitioners, serving as a Personal Tutor for the Best Practice Network for over ten years. As a certified mindfulness practitioner, she conducts mindfulness workshops for both the early years sector and parents. Jude's pursuit of knowledge led her to complete a master's degree in attachment and nurture, grounding her expertise in evidence-based practices. Presently, she is engaged in a PhD study focused on exploring the impact of mindfulness meditation on parenting in children under the age of three.
